  • Cork Liquor Stores require all employees to have a valid Indiana server permit. Two circumstances would render an applicant unable to acquire a server permit. If an applicant has received a DUI in the past two years or owes back taxes to the state of Indiana it might render them unqualified for a Server Permit.
