1 bottle J Roget Sparkling Brut

8 oz Bacardi Silver Rum

 

2 tsp. sugar

4 oz fresh lime juice

1 cup mixed berries

10 mint leaves for garnish

 

Combine mint, sugar and berries in a glass and muddle together. Add rum, lime juice and ice. Shake vigorously in a cocktail shaker. Pour into a cocktail glass and top with the sparkling brut. Garnish with fresh mint and serve.
